This page is for anyone who's spent time with the practices — whether that's a few days or several months, whether something shifted or nothing did. Honest feedback is the only kind that helps the programme improve. You don't have to have had a positive experience to make it worth writing in.

Below are four questions worth reflecting on. Copy them into an email, answer as much or as little as you like, and send it through. There's no form to fill in — just your own words.

Question one
Which practice or practices have you been using?
Question two
What have you noticed — in your body, in your practice, or in your daily life?
This can be anything: changes you expected, changes you didn't expect, or the absence of change.
Question three
Was there anything that felt wrong, unhelpful, or that increased your discomfort?
This is just as important as positive feedback. If something made things worse, I want to know.
Question four
Anything you'd change, add, or remove?
Optional. Skip if nothing comes to mind.

When you're ready, send your answers — or just write in your own way, without the questions — via the contact page.

Your feedback is read by Jeremy directly. It isn't shared, published, or used for research without your explicit consent.

If your experience included a significant increase in pain or any adverse effect, please do mention it. If you'd like a response, just say so in your email and I'll write back.

You're also welcome to write anonymously — create a temporary email address if you'd prefer I have no way to identify you. What matters is that I hear what actually happened.
