What this site is

Living Beyond SCI is a personal project run by one person — Jeremy Olson. It offers free educational content related to spinal cord injury, including research summaries, lived-experience material, and self-guided practices.

Some sections of the site carry their own additional terms specific to the kind of work they involve. The Guided Imagery practices, for example, have their own additional notice covering the medical and interventional aspects of that work. Where that's the case, those terms appear on the relevant pages — please read them before you use those sections.

There are no subscriptions, no advertising, and no user accounts. The site does not collect personal information.

Using and sharing

You're welcome to use anything on this site for personal reading, learning, and practice. You may share links to the site freely. The written content, audio recordings, and original materials remain the author's work, and shouldn't be republished elsewhere without permission.

If you're a clinician, researcher, educator, or community organiser who'd like to use any of the materials in your own work, please get in touch.
